Rental price

                         Special price for 21/06/2025 - 5/07/2025: € 2000 / week

The weekly rental price is €2400. This includes:

• Cleaning
• Maintenance of the private pool
• Bathroom, kitchen, and bed linen
• Water and electricity usage
• Internet - Television
• Tourist tax
• A "welcome package" as a small gesture

The listed rental price is valid for up to 6 people. A folding bed for a 7th person (including additional bed and bathroom linen) is available for an extra fee of €140 per week.

Dogs are welcome. However, a fee of €50 is charged for additional cleaning.

The security deposit is €500 per week.

Calender

On the Vrbo or FeWo website (formerly HomeAway), you can check which periods are still available online (select "Availability" on the Vrbo/FeWo page).

Payment

Payments are made via bank transfer.

If you prefer, you can make the reservation through the Vbo/FeWo website. This allows you to arrange payment by credit card. However, please note that Vrbo/FeWo will charge additional service fees. These fees are displayed when you click "View details" on the Vrbo/FeWo page.

Rental Period, Check-In, and Check-Out

The rental period typically runs from Saturday to Saturday.

Check-in: 

Both the interior and exterior are thoroughly cleaned, which takes time. Therefore, check-in is only possible from 4:00 PM.

Check-out:

Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM at the latest.
