The villa is located just a few kilometers from the town of Buzet, on the edge of a small village, nestled against a hill. The village of Pengari has only about 20 inhabitants.

Further afield, you can explore Pula (home to one of the best-preserved Roman arenas), or Rovinj and Poreč, with their vibrant tourism. The "Istarska Plivitce" spa and wellness center is also nearby.
By car, you can reach the Adriatic coast in less than 40 minutes.
